If you're not happy with your PopWatch for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items should be sent back in their original condition with all parts included, including any free bands that came with your order.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. You'll receive an email when the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
